We want you to love your Fleurty Girl finds, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that seasonal items and sale rack finds are final sale to ensure we can keep bringing you the best of the Gulf South.

Ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached and that the purchase was made within the last 30 calendar days.
Pack Your Items
Place the items securely in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email to help us identify your return.
Ship or Drop Off
Mail your package to our New Orleans distribution center using your preferred carrier, or visit any of our retail locations for a quick and easy in-person exchange.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
